The Card Catalog and Libby (will soon) require patrons to use their library card number and a PIN to login. Because our library had not used PINs for our patrons, we have given every patron the generic PIN of 1234.

Please reset your PIN by one of these methods:

1.      On the Card Catalog:

a.      Log in to your account on the library’s catalog using your library card number and the generic PIN.

b.      In “My Account,” go to the Change PIN section, and fill in the required fields. (The Current PIN will be that    generic number given.) Click “Update”.

2.      Through Email:

a.      If you have provided an email address when registering for your account, you can click the “Forgot my PIN” at the bottom of the Log In window.

b.      Enter your library card number. An email will be sent to the email address you provided to the library. From that email you may reset your PIN.

3.      Visit or call the library (574-862-2465) and ask for a staff member to reset your password.
